Diane Recently aware of gluten intolerance.. didnt know Celiac disorder is possible to show up later in life, especially triggered by surgeries... explains so much ... Love soy sauce and smell of fresh breads, but definately not worth the aftermath... thanks for the site....

hi diane! yes celiac disease can show up at any time. that's actually a large part of what is being researched...what triggers it to come out. i agree there's nothing like the smell of bread baking BUT it's totally not worth eating it & hurting your body. thanks for your comment!

Dianne Hettema My oldest son just got married (Tice - you may remember him!) anyway - his new bride has that disease - I don't remember what it is called but she eats gluten free foods.
