i made a milk shake of 0% fat milk, 4 big strawberries, splenda sugar, a omelet of 3 egg whites, whisked whit 3 tablespoons of whole milk, filled whit 2 tbs of shredered monterrey cheese, and also lots of vegetables, one whole grain piece of bread toasted, made it whit butter spam cooking oil spray, that very fulling and low fat

everyday I eat a packet of weight management oatmeal. I started my changes with a glass of water before every meal and if i was hungry.I am now off of all my diabetic meds. and I have lost a hundred (100) lbs. My doctor is thrilled. A year ago I was on 3 different types of pills and 70 units of Lantus insulin. i now still don't deprive myself, but then I am only letting myself have a small piece of anything, to a point.

I hope this doesn't repeat. I tried to post a few minutes ago, but I don't think it took. Nov. is Diabete month, and I'm hoping all my friends and acquaintances will have their doctors check their blood sugars. It's a simple in-office test. Or, have an A1c run. Diabetes is a silent killer. The symptomes are so similar to so many other things, ... Read Moreit is often missed--but the damage is still being done. My special wish is that all the moms plan a weekend of good health low-carb meals for their children. It's the wee ones who suffer the greatest. Remember, get checked,. My thoughts and prayers are with you all throughout this month.
