Whatcom Literacy Council What a great day for Whatcom Literacy Council! This morning was our annual Literacy Breakfast fundraiser and our guests were so generous that we raised more money than last year - which was also a record-breaking year! Thanks to everyone who contributed to help our neighbors achieve their goals and change their lives through literacy.
