In conjuction with the Sejong Cultural Society the library will be presenting pre-college musicians offering an opportunity to showcase the talents of these young performers. Through our bond of music these performers will provide quality events promoting an awareness of Korean culture with a bridge to western cultures.

Do you like reading manga and eating pocky? Then come and join us on the first and third Mondays of the month for a new Anime movie or series and Japanese snacks! For teens in grades 6-12.

This workshop is designed for the individual with no previous quilting experience. Participants will make a 6”finished block using the hand piecing technique. While hand piecing will be taught, rotary cutting will be demonstrated and a 6” finished block that was constructed by machine piecing will be displayed. Sharlene M. Snellman, who has taught at quilt shops and private lessons, teaches this class. There is a $5 kit fee at time of registration. Registration is required and limited to 15.

Have the "grand" pleasure of taking your grandchildren to storytime. Meet other grandparents hear stories, sing a few songs and you are welcome to dance to the music! Enjoy a craft and a snack.
