Elections are Tomorrow: Maine in jeopardy

MAINE UPDATE (from Unite the Fight):

Tomorrow, Mainers go to the polls to decide whether or not to hand the authors of Prop 8 another victory. And it's NOT looking good for us right now.

A new poll released today shows anti-LGBT Question 1 passing 51% to 47%.

On top of that, the opposition's Yes on 1 campaign has begun a major unexpected fund-raising push for $25,000 to buy a bunch of Maine airtime to air one last, big smear ad.

IT'S CRUNCH TIME!

Unite the Flight has posted everything you need to know to act! There are many options, including donating to counter this new ad (NO on 1 is low on funds!) and calling supporters (that's right, FRIENDLY supporters) reminding them to vote NO ON 1!! You can do this in your pajamas or on your lunch break at work.

Please, more than ever before, we need to act as one, as a community, as a POPULATION, and not let the anti-LGBT forces continue to ride the tsunami that was Prop 8.

FORWARD THIS EMAIL to LGBT friends and allies!

This is it. Because tomorrow, it's all in the hands of the voters.
