Nicholas I know that every animal that I hunt and get I utilize all the meat. I hunt everything from Moose, Stone Sheep, Deer, Black Bear, Caribou, Mountain Goat, and different types of Grouse. I don't hunt Grizzly Bears only b/c I don't have any use for the meat, and I'm not about to shoot a bear just for a rug. All my hunts are spot and stalk. I believe in Fair Chase only.
