As I sit in the freezing dinning hall at Camp Cowen, all the other men at this fall's retreat are snoozing away. I will join them soon, but I had to share some thoughts from tonight first...

I'm away leading a men's retreat this weekend. It is going to be a great time of manly fun, and focusing on the Grace of the Gospel, that so many men don't allow into the deepest parts of their souls...

Faithful readers know how big a fan of David Crowder I am. Here is their latest video of my current favorite song:)

Amber took Eli's 4 year old pictures the other day. I thought I'd share my rapidly growing little boy with you. Family

This is a marking ploy, no doubt, but can it have biblical proportions? What would all of churches look like, if we were a bit more creative in the fun of encountering our savior?

Ok, so in my educational life, I've been a Warrior, an Alice, a Trailblazer, a Metro/Jaguar/Hoosier, a Sycamore, and now....... I'm into my second year of Seminary at Rockbridge, and this may be the coolest mascot yet. Although I think they need to recruit a certain group to be their spokesmen:)

Ed Stetzer relayed how he articulates the Gospel message of God through Jesus on his site. Thought I'd share. It's a great, conciece statement of the truth of Christianity. If you are hearing other ideas, you can't call it the Gospel...

I read about these guys on Pete Wilson's blog. Lots of time at Christian Camp and hearts seeking God and play.

This little blog o' mine has been put on the back burner for the last few weeks, but I hope to get back into the swing of things. I was in San Diego with my Rhythm in Twenty brethren, for a time of connecting, reflecting, seeking God, counseling, and play...

This week, I'm going to try something new. During the service, people will be able to access what you see below from their mobile phones. This will allow for note taking, scripture reading, live polling, and take home questions...
