This year, the DCCA Arts and Business Partners are pleased to welcome Dr. David Pensak, distinguished speaker, internation......ally known innovator, and entrepreneur. Creator of the first Internet firewall, Dr. Pensak has over thirty-eight patents ranging from agricultural chemistry, solid-state physics, computer security, digital rights management, and business process modeling, to new ways of cooking pizza. His experience ranges from 30 years at Dupont, degrees from Princeton and Harvard, Senior Fellow at the Wharton School of Business and Fellow at the George Washington University Law School's Creative and Innovative Economy Center- to name only a few. He travels the world lecturing advising governments, universities and corporations in using the innovation process necessary to succeed in the 21st Century today. Dr. Pensak's latest book "Innovation for Underdogs, How to Make the Leap from What if to Now What" outlines methodologies of innovative process in an accessible and understandable way.
