Body Sculpt Training Most of my clients ask me, "What can I eat that’s healthy?" My answer is very simple. Eat as clean as possible, in other words eat vegetables, fresh produce likes fruits, and fresh deli meats verses the pre-packaged ones.

Body Sculpt Training Intervals is where you perform an activity at a high intenisty for a short period of time followed by a short period of rest, then repeat as directed. This can be done with running, jumping jacks, sittups, and pretty much any exercise you can perform correctly. Lets get to work!

The body is great at adapting to a workout level, exercise, rest time, and style of training so you have to mix it up every 4 weeks or so.
