Regarding paper tickets or emailed tickets. Ottawa tickets are purchased through Capital Tickets which only has outlets in Ottawa. So what happens is that they give you ticket downloads which are scanned upon entry.
We are actually moving entirely to electronic tickets - where we can email you the tickets to cut back ...on the time required to mail or forward physical tickets. If you win the tickets, you just print them off and use them.
