This Iranian couple on a bridge in Isfahan, Iran, is with a chaperone. They are out of sight of morality police on the other side of the bridge who have set up a station to monitor people's behavior and dress. I shot this in 1998 for National Geographic Magazine during four months of travels throughout the country, lan...d of my grandfather's birth. It's in the Iran chapter of my book.
