The Unique Rabbit Peeps!!! We're closed this Sunday and Monday (Jan. 3 and 4.) We'll be back to normal hours on Tuesday. Happy New Year to all! We hope that 2010 is even better than 2009 for everyone! Thanks to all for your support on this wonderfully bumpy ride of operating our shop! It has recently come to our attention that Christmas is right around the corner. So, if you’re like us, it feels like someone hit your internal “Oh Shit!” button and you’ve realized it’s time to get your ass in gear. It’s time to buy stuff for all those people who expect stuff. So.....in the spirit of the holidays, we’...d like to help you out in regard to the “stuff” department. Why go to the mall and suffer through the lines and hordes of dumb-asses who stop dead in front of you to answer their cell phone or yell at their already-screaming kid? You know you’re just going to end up getting the same stuff that they do. Do you really want to be like those people? We think not.
This Saturday, December 19th, from 9am till 1:00pm-ish, we’ll be offering complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and gift wrapping. There will also be some surprise promos that you'll have to be here to get! So, stop in and have a warm bevvie and some home-made baked goods (no fruitcake!) and find something unique to put under the tree!

Hey everyone!K. So…. Here’s the deal. It’s hilarious, so bear with us! Ready? Here we go…..Someone nominated the shop for “Outstanding New Business” of 2009 for the BizX Oscar Awards. –We said it was hilarious! The problem is though, that we now want to win. We would love to be able to be the little shop that c...ould against all the other big businesses that are up for nomination. We’d love to be able to prove that tattoos, piercings and neon hair do not necessarily mean bad things (at least not ALL the time….hah!) We surely don’t expect to win, but it sure would be fun to stick our tongues out to all the nay-sayers we have encountered along the way. You know… “The Establishment.” It would be a giant “up yours” to them. ---and who doesn’t love giving a good “up yours” every once in a while? The other reason is the free exposure it would bring. It’s no secret that it has been a tough year and it’s been an uphill battle keeping our roof over our heads. We’d LOVE to be able to stay in business, but unless more people start to know about it, it may be a short run. So, all that being said, if you have a moment, could you please cast a vote for us? You can only vote once (so they say) and the voting ends this Friday. You have to fill out a little information, but it’s relatively quick and painless. You have to click on the categories and click on “Business and Service- Outstanding New Business of 2009” then fill out the business name (The Unique Rabbit.) It's our birthday and we're having a party!
There will be food and drinks and live entertainment. We've got Windsor's super-talented Charlie Lambrick lined up to start the evening off and we've got Salt of the Chief Cornerstone cappin' it off. These guys are a MUST see! They're going to blow the roof off like they do e...verywhere they play.
So, come on out. Have some food provided by some amazing local chefs. Have some drinks (there will be a cash bar with proceeds going to a local charity) and just have some fun with us!

We just wanted to let you know that starting today thru to the 31st we’re having a contest. We need to switch up the logo a bit and want your help. So you’ve got a month to come up with a new logo design for the shop if you're interested.
The new logo will be printed on limited edition swag and... will premier at our anniversary/birthday/refusing-to-let-sum
So get designing so you can see your super cool stuff on some sweet swag and (have all the bragging rights)! You can either drop it by the shop or email it to: jackson121@hotmail.com
