Barbara Edelberg The Wire-Tap segment aired on KPCW in Salt Lake today had Howard accepting an offer to take over Jonathan's job. There was music playing intermittently before each small segment of this story...WHAT WAS THE MUSIC AND WHERE CAN I GET IT??? Thanks! - Barbara

Jonathan The David & Goliath story was outstanding. Also outstanding - asking his parents whether he is funny.

Debra Shadoff About two years ago, on mother's day, there was an episode where Jonathan and Howard tried to outdo each other on who's mother was crazier. My mom and I laughed so hard we cried and I almost had to pull my car over. I would love to have a podcast of that episode

Jamie Quibell What is the episode where Jonathan calls other Jonathan Goldsteins? It's the first episode i ever heard and it's what kept me listening! I would love to hear it again

Abby Can someone PLEASE tell me how to find the nightbabies story I just heard...was it a replay? (Michigan Public Radio 12/19/09 around 3pm) It doesn't seem like it was the episode mentioned on the site's for this week....

WireTap This week on Wiretap, Jonathan solves the case of his missing office chair after two days of hovering at his desk, and Gregor tests Jonathan's deductive skills with some One-Minute mysteries. Plus, Howard embraces his new british accent.

Thank you, Jonathan, for your retelling of the Jacob and Esau story. I was amazed at the humanity you managed to bring to these figures that, up until now, had been flat and lifeless in my mind.
Favorite quote: "What kind of person punches an angel?" Jacob thought.

Jake Lewin thank you for the new itunes podcast! I've been interested in WireTap for a long time and it's nice be able to listen. Have downloaded a bunch of episodes and am loving it. I almost crashed my truck when Howard said he wanted to have close relations between his apartment country and Canada.

WireTap is the Seinfeld of Radio, Occasionally funny, somewhat entertaining, but mostly just a waste of time. Maybe thats the point? I don't understand why Jonathan just drones on in his monotone voice, word after word with no expression or emotion. Perhaps this is so we can interpret his words for our selves, free fro...m vocal tones that would subjectively influence us. Is he the embodiment of the objective narrator?
I did enjoy the segment about tela marketers, and when he speaks to his parent s on the phone I can't help but laugh.
But when I hear that monotone voice I can't help but think "What's the deal with that?"

Jason Hesbach We need a follow up from the pet insurance for the rapture episode. Has anyone tried to file a claim?

WireTap A mother is pregnant with twins. She hears the voice of God which tells her that her sons will one day father warring nations. Even while still inside her stomach, they fight hard enough to knock her from one end of the house to the other. Is there any hope of the brothers ever becoming friends? It’s the story of Jacob and Esau on this week’s Wiretap.

P J Smart did i hear something about "penny smarts" on a show? or am i crazy.

WireTap This week on WireTap, Howard puts his and Jonathan's compatibility to the test with a relationship quiz, and newlyweds Tony and Natalie enlist Jonathan for some marriage counseling. Plus, Adhesion, a short story from David Eagleman's book Sum: Forty Tales from the Afterlives.
