Hello, I spoke to an audience in Israel and UAE last week with Arabic translation about the fact that I believed the federal prosecutors in this case will most likely use this case as an opportunity attempt to find out what damage this man has done over the past twenty years. It appears he was quite willing to sell out Top Secrete Information that compromises USA satellite locations and defense systems, to an FBI agent he believed was an Israeli Intelligence officer for merely ten thousand dollars. His best defense will most likely be the ability to bargain with the prosecution team for a lighter sentence as opposed to the maximum of life in prison. I think there are far too many people in positions of authority in the Military, and in high level places like NASA with access to top secrete information or to others that have these credentials that are slowly selling out our country, but because they are not questioned, and do not appear threatening and fit well into mainstream America, middle class, wealthy non minority, they are able to continue. We have to expose everyone that is a threat as opposed to simply concentrating on people just because they have a middle eastern sounding name or background or happen to be a minority in the USA or are African American, Hispanic Etc. In this country we are quite accustom to targeting Blacks, Latinos, Muslims and various people of color, because of their achievements in Military, and other Avocations, however there is a misplaced focus to remove people like Me from the JAG Corp, force Me to retire simply because I revealed that my former supervisor a White Male in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Fort Dix New Jersey Sexually harassed Me, took it out on MY OER, filed False vindictive charges with the DOD Police for Harassment against Me while I was on Duty Standing In Formation 3 blocks away from the DOD police station accusing me of being a MALE caller to his office hanging up on others in the office and not him, and playing LOUD Music. This was prosecuted unjustly by the DOD police and the Fort Dix Deputized JAG US Attorney Program under Title 18 the assimilated Crimes act. Simply because I refused to plead guilty, I was unjustly convicted without a jury by a White Male Fort Dix NJ Magistrate Judge, who threatened me and put me on 24 months probation and insinuated I needed unconstitutional intrusive mental health exams, a No contact order, and a unconstitutional GAG order so I could not talk about what they did to me to the media. My former supervisor then proceeded to harass me in NJ in Hackensak and in Franklin Lakes NJ, but when i filed complaints through the Hackensack Police Dept, he filed a false charge in Franklin lakes alleging I called his unlisted number asking for a lawyer not in his firm. He used this a leverage to gain support by unsuspecting Fort Dix prosecutors and DOD Police to continue to force me out of the military, give me no leniency whatsoever and not opportunity for getting the petty disorderly Fort Dix Case resolved against me without a conviction on my record which everyone knew would mean I would be fired from my Civilian Job at the Office of the NJ Attorney General, and not be able to continue my career as a Television Legal Analyst, not be able to treat for my spinal injury and was terrorized with continuous threats of JAIL while my spouse was deployed to Afghanistan, and received several calls from the DOD police on my Civilian JOB threatening me etcIt was not until I discovered my former supervisor (worked for him for less than 2 years during my 23 years as a JAG) lied by omitting the fact that his had himself transferred a call from a lawyer not in his firm named Gary heart to his personal unlisted telephone number, did not disclose the transfer relationship to DOD police or to Franklin Lakes Police until AFTER he got Probable cause against Me in Franklin Lakes which made me less likely to pursue the more serious threats I got from him in Hackensack and Franklin lakes on my cell phone observed by a Hackensack Police Officer. We mutually dismissed these charges with prejudice but this was after I was convicted and after the Court and the Prosecutor and my Command on Fort Dix used his false accusation that I CONTINUED A PATTER OF HARASSMENT by making a call to HIS UNLISTED SECONDARY LINE when I did not.He made a false statement to police accusing me of the CRIME OF HARASSMENT which requires intent on my part to CALL HIM which he KNEW at the time I never did.To make a long story short, I got the GAG order overturned but was JAILED for 30 day for failing to take the mental health exam When I was released I was so scared that I would have to see my former supervisor in court again, I fainted on two occasion simply because he and the entire Fort Dix JAG Office on the National Guard Side continued to show up in Full Battle Dress Uniform at at Civilian Hearing in Newark NJ which had to be transferred off fort dix because due to my Spinal Injury I could no longer travel 200 miles back and forth and was always under threat of incarceration for being late etc. I plead guilty to failing to take the mental heath exams and Judge Schwartz Dismissed the probation violations my former supervisor insisted was a threat to his life because I contacted his minister begging for help and advising them that due to this mans past threats of taking everything from me my life my career, and he could shoot me and no one else would believe me, this former supervisor said this was third party contact with him and he was being stalked by me. Although the Federal Judge dismissed this as a violation he pressed and is now pressing this with the Bergen County Prosecutors officer. My companion case against him was dismissed without prejudice in October 2008 because I was hospitalized, but he continued to press to have the caser rushed to Grand Jury and get me indicted for felonies of stalking 4th degree to try to force the prosecutor to make me plead guilty and have an immediately forfeiture of my right to practice law. I have to be in cout on November 2,nd and this never ends simply because I refused the advance of a white male in the JAG Corp and told authorities about this and other things he told me which turned out to be true i.e he had ties to a client that was a threat to our national security, and failed to disclose these things on his security clearance questionnaire and filed to notify his colleagues in the JAG office who were directly linked to the National Guard Chief General and people that had access to troop movements, nuclear information etc
