VFW Post 1503 has Banquet Rooms for all occasions and group sizes up to 400. For outside events, the Post has a covered pavilion that can accommodate up to 200 people.

Three Soldiers in the Army's Enlisted Policy Division have been busy answering up to 100 questions daily from the field regarding the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1503 October brings on a number of events. We have the Children's Halloween Party on the 24th and the Adult Halloween Party on the 30. Don't forget it's football every Sunday in the Canteen with snacks at Half-time. See you there.

Tom Tradewell, our newly elected VFW National Commander-in-Chief, is scheduled to visit Post 1503 on Monday, 21 September. His anticipated arrival time is 1330-1345. (I understand he will stop at Arlington enroute
to Post 1503.) Based upon his current schedule, I nticipate him remaining at Post 1503 approximately one... hour, but no more than an hour and a half.
Realizing that Monday is a normal work day for many of us, I ask that you assist in putting this word out across the various organizations associated with Post 1503 in order to promote attendance as we welcome our National
Commander to Virginia and Dale City.
