Flavors include Argentine Style Chimchurri, Australian Style BBQ, Cuban Style Mojo, East Asian Style Thai, Pacific Fusion Maple Wasabi (new), Prairie Fire Steakhouse (also new), French Style Honey Dijon, Hawaiian Style Sweet ‘n Sour, Hawaiian Style Teriyaki, Island Mango, Jamaican Style Jerk, Maine’s Own Lemon Pepper & Garlic, Mediterranean Style Italian Grill, Mexican Style Fajita, Oriental Style Cheriyaki Glaze, and Tropical Style Hot Teriyaki.
We also distribute an all-natural sauce and marinade brand called Acadia Naturals, products that are infused with all natural ingredients: evaporated cane juice as the sweetener, expeller pressed canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, organic soy, GMO free starch, sea salt, lots of herbs and spices and other natural ingredients. They’re virtually fat free and preservative-free products and they are as good poured on as grilled or baked. Current flavors include Garam Masala Madras Curry, Ginger Blueberry Teriyaki, Roasted Red Pepper Sweet ‘n Sour,Adobo Honey Ancho, Roasted Garlic Tuscan Grill and Wild & Spicy Raspberry Jerk.
Our new Buccaneer Blends™ sauces capture the many distinct and tasty regional flavors from the Caribbean and North America that will complement any meat, grilled fruit or vegetables. The line features five unique BBQ sauces and two distinctive Steak sauces: Sticky Rum BBQ, Apple Maple BBQ Sauce, Fra Diavlo , Honey Mango BBQ, Mesquite BBQ and Pirate’s Original Steak Sauce; and Swashbucklin’ Spicy Steak Sauce .
All our products are Kof-K Kosher certified parve and there is no added MSG or aspartame. Each product is low in calories, contains no trans-fat, and most flavors are fat-free.
