Anna Halfaday i was wondering what do other hummingbird fans do to pass the time till little hummers return, looking at pics helps but im still missing them
Anna Halfaday I miss our little friends too,tho they stayed so long I was afraid they would freeze, it was Oct 23 when ours left for good, just not the same getting up in morning and looking out the window with out them there

Carol Bradford NE Ohio..took a picture of a female ruby-red throat on Sept 28,2009....on feeder...seeing them less..they are guided by God..I leave feeders up until the day I don't see them ....Don't starve the ones leaving Ohio..it will take awhile to travel from Canada to Belize !!!

Please help!!! There has been a hummingbird stuck in my warehouse all day and he is frantically flying against a skylight trying to get out. He must be tired. This has been going on all day. I've opened the dock doors to encourage him to fly out, but the light from the skylight is too much for him to resist. Any ideas?... We will be closing up the warehouse soon and I am afraid he will die of starvation if he has to spend the night in there.Read More
Jennifer McCarter McKelvey I am in Greenville, SC and have noticed that the number of hummingbirds have dropped drastically since last week. We still have 4-5 that are still hanging around. This is my first year really watching and feeding them, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it! They are fascinating!
Kristi Foster Wertz Hi from Georgia...have no less than 10 to 15 hummingbirds at once that feed from our feeders daily.We have 4 feeders up right now. They are not timid little creatures, we sit our front porch and watch them feed and fight.
