City of Worthington City of Worthington residents can put their Christmas trees at the curb for regular yard waste pick up on Friday or drop it off at the Public Service Department, 380 Highland Ave, Mon-Fri from 8am - 4pm. All trees will be composted.

The Worthington Division of Fire is collecting toys for needy children this holiday season through the Firefighters for Kids toy drive. Worthington area residents are invited to drive through the Worthington Fire Department, 6500 N. High Street, and drop off their toy donations on Saturday, December 12th between 8:00 a....m. and 3:00 p.m.
Donated toys need to be new and unwrapped. They can be for children of all ages, however there is a particular need for toys for teenage boys and girls. Cash or check donations are also welcomed. The toys will be distributed to central Ohio area children who might otherwise go without this holiday season. Residents who cannot drop off their donations during the December 12th event can drop off their toys between now and December 23rd at the Worthington Fire Department Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. For more information, call the Worthington Division of Fire at 885-7640.
