Christopher Sorken HI.My name is Chris. I just moved to Chicago from Slidell and when I got up here I started a diet plan suggested by Leilani. I cut all unnatural sugars.I ate only fruit/veggies and protein. Eliminated all starches (rice/pasta/bread/potato/sweets). In 1 week I lost 11 Pounds and still counting. I am also doing cardio at...least one hour a day..atleast 5 days a week. So if I can do it,anyone one can.I started at 228 and now am down to 217. When it hurts just remember..What doesnt kill you makes you stronger!! Pain is weakness leaving the body!!! Keep it up everybody

But even though the same walk every day WILL keep your heart healthy, it will NOT result in additional weight loss beyond a certain point. EXAMPLE: Imagine that you just moved into a new condo on the 3rd floor. Intially, you WILL lose weight & gain muscle from... going up & down the stairs. But after a month or so you are UNLIKELY to see any additional change.
