X Winery & Amicus Cellars The corn and soybeans fed to cows are much richer than the grass they have evolved to eat. Much of it turns to methane, a greenhouse gas that is 20 times more potent than CO2. Cutting out just one day of beef a week can have as much impact as switching to a hybrid car!
