David Beedham I'm trying to get hold of the workout dvd's in the UK and i'm finding it to be problem.
Matt Bowers I actually got this DVD and book a while ago, I had a beer with DDP and the the co creator Dr. Aaron, back then it was an awesome concept, YRG stood for Yoga for the Regular Guy, the way DDP told me was its yoga, just with out the incense and spirituality. It was really a guy thing, the video speaks of T&A as well as y...oga babes, I loved the idea, now I find it on facebook and it looks like a stinkin' informercial, I'm very disappointed instead of yoga babes all i see is overweight middle aged housewives. At one point Dr. Aaron and DDP were teaching this program to college baseball teams, now I see this.... Very disappointing.

Our High School girls swim team has just finished its season, and as I said in August, we used YRG all season... Phenominal results! We won our League meet by the biggest margin in 10 years (with YRG/DDP as our theme, check out my profile pic!). Then we went on to state championships and placed 6th over all with onl...y 5 swimmers. Ended with 2 state championship titles, and all three of our relays earned All American Consideration times!
I plan on using YRG for all of my swimming programs primary land exercise for years to come. BANG!

Bonnie For 5 years I walked with a cane due to a disability I was born with...until I was introduced to YRG! Just had a baby (c-section). Three more weeks and the doc says I can do yoga again! Can't wait to get back at it!!

Greg I received my YRG Fitness system on 10/30/09 and I love it. I start my morning now with Energy. Can't wait to evolve to the rest of the workouts. My lone..... (not complaint, or concern.... struggling to find the right word)..... issue.... is that my heartrate monitor/watch.... doesn't read my heart rate. I've followed... the instructions to the letter. Any advice?
