SANDIEGO (AP) — The American Civil Liberties Union is suing the city of SanDiego, its police department and city officials for allegedly destroying items belonging to homeless people.
YWCA of San Diego County Congress is finalizing the funding bills for fiscal year 2010. The U.S. House of Representatives and Senate have passed separate funding bills and now must reconcile their bills into one before sending it to the President.
