I've had 3 deaths with the red rings of death, and have figured out what caused it. The 360 gets very hot and you can't leave it on pause for an extended period of time. I've gotten new 360's. The first xbox was a much better system, even though it less intergreted, ugly and less friendly, but it was indestrible, more reliable, and would scratch you games if you moved it with a disc inside.

@ Alex; People Shouldn't need to go threw all that trouble just to take care of a system that's so fragile if Microsoft knew that over heating was a cause of it they should have fix the problem before putting out their system int he first place instead they just rushed the 360 into stores so they could com peat with the Sony's PS3 I personal got ... See Moreout of the consul wars along time ago so now i can look at all sides of the debate but its Microsoft's own fault that all the systems are failing no one else they should have waited another year so they can fix it and they would have a better system. Lets hope mac can make a better system then them:P lol hehe
