They take place all over the world everyday yet still we deny their reality. Or what about the tricks of some of the world's indigenous people to ...defy time and stay young and healthy deep into old age?
I'll be sharing all of the above all while you are flowing through vinyasa yoga, listening to good tunes, and indulging in post class chocolate and wine! It's all taking place this weekend at Midtown Athletic Club in Rochester. Join me!
