They should not at first do any of the inverted postures such as the Shoulder Stand, but any of the forward bending poses are beneficial.

Yoga Hi Nora, You can learn the basics through the internet and you can enjoy experiencing some Yoga, personality I enjoyed doing some Kundalini, it was fantastic... but of course we need to learn it directly from a Yoga instructor if we really want to practice Yoga..
