ZEN Mozaic Ilham, the ZEN Mozaic is an MTP device so you are able to drag and drop photos from your desktop to the device when it is plugged in via USB.
ZEN Mozaic To activate your FM Radio, Select "FM Radio" under the main menu. Once you are in FM mode, you can customize your stations by selecting the menu botton, located at the top right area of your keypad. Please note that you must use your headphones when listening to your FM radio because the headphones activates the FM antenna.
ZEN Mozaic Luis, to activate the built-in speaker, select the track you want to listen to, click the menu button located at the top right area of your keypad, scroll down and select "turn on speaker".
ZEN Mozaic Mikayla, sorry to hear your Mozaic is not working. Were you able to exchange it in-store for a working unit?

ZEN Mozaic Hi Danishia, Thank you for posting. Currently, Creative only has one store located at their corporate headquarters in Singapore. You can also purchase Creative products through creative.com ifyou can't travel out to Singapore.
