one of my coworkers recently toured Zappos' warehouse and told me about how awesome the company was, so i decided to give it a try. i just ordered my first pair of shoes a minute ago...i can't wait till they get here! i can feel the addiction growing...

I bought Heelys for my son at about 8:00 pm, and they arrived ON MY FRONT PORCH BEFORE NOON THE NEXT DAY! HOW is that even POSSIBLE?! I'm so confused .. but in a good way. I don't waste gas driving around looking for shoes anymore - that would be crazy.

I ordered a bunch of shoes / sneakers today and they upgraded my shipping, at no cost to me - just because.

This company deserves to be lauded for great customer service.

Amazing, i don't know how else to describe them. No where else on earth do you get this kind of service. I bought a pair of boots at 6pm, by noon the next day i had them..without paying extra! They didn't fit so without even returning them yet, they sent out another size, and a UPS label so i could return the others FREE!! Got them the next day also!!! SO, i just purchased a purse and KNOW i will have it tomorrow. I have 365 days to change my mind..i mean, come on, does it get any better than this? from now on, all shoes and bags i can buy from here i will, and those who know me know this is a lot!! :-)

i never purchased anything from Zappos, but i am now a believer! I purchased a pair of Taryn Rose shoes last night. I received an email that they expedited my order at no additional cost...who does that anymore??? Thanks, Zappos!

I love Zappos too! Size 5 foot. You have no idea how hard it is to find size 5 shoes of any kind. Thank you so much for the size ranges. I have been told by many stores they just do not bother to carry sizes under 6 any more. Most styles do not come in 5s any way, but still. You seem to have all of styles that do. Thanks again for your superior service and selection.

I just ordered three pair of wedge sandals from Zappos a few minutes ago. I ruptured my Achilles tendon and spent the entire summer in a walking boot. Yesterday it finally came of and per my doctor wedge heels are perfect for me. Since I needed to buy some shoes for my size 12 feet, Zappos is perfect. Great prices, great selection, an incredible range of sizes and great customer service made me a very loyal customer and a fan. The best part is I know my shoes will be here ASAP which just make the experience that much better!
