Traders Point Creamery It's not too late to make it to The Loft for dinner tonight. It’s fall, so it must mean it’s time for the third annual Oktoberfest on the farm. So dust off your lederhosen and head to Traders Point Creamery October 18, from noon to 5 p.m. This celebration in the German tradition offers plenty of tantalizing food, beer and wine, and toe-tapping music from PolkaBoy, a rollicking 1...3-piece polka band. There are plenty of activities the kids will enjoy too, like hayrides, a pumpkin patch and face painting. And while you’re having fun, you’ll be helping the farm raise money for the Traders Point Rural Historic District, a nonprofit organization that protects more than 7,000 acres of green space around Eagle Creek for the enjoyment of generations to come.
