Youssef Elsherei i'm using zoomtext 9.18.5 with windows 7. very happy with the update except for the shortcuts. i noticed that the ctrl shift c for toggling color enhancements is gone without replacement. i wonder what's the reason behind that.
Sue Male I'm planning to buy a new PC which will - no doubt - have Windows 7 installed. I have ZoomText 9.13. Will this work? Any advice on the best systems and specifications to maximise my use of ZoomText? Will IE8 work? If not, what are the alternatives?

Melissa M Burch Ok so here is the question I have will the new win 7 be any better with zoomtext? Visa lock up and frezzes so I want to know if in face this will keep happening.
Melissa M Burch I been using ZoomText since I was in six grade and have tryed other and well I am 23 and still using Zoomtext. I have found the tec support to be the best and since I a stuck with Visa well I am thinking I may need them agina lol Keep up the good work.

I saw the tweet from the reCaptcha inventor, and I have one thing to
comment about that. Blind users cannot read captchas! and even for
partials with Zoomtext, recaptchas are still very difficult to read.
You try the audio version, and the audio verson doesn't match what the
input box accepts, so the audio captcha is u...seless. and I find the same
to be true for all the captchas out there in internet land... so the
problem really isn't solved, only worse, especially for us legally

George I downloaded and installed the file from the link you gave me, it restarted the pc and then said a new update was available. I don't understand, Why diden't the auto update work before I installed the file?
Joe Conway I would love ZoomText to work with Google Chrome. Isn't Chrome based off of IE8 is some way? I thought I heard they were similar in their back end shells or something. If ZoomText can now read IE8, is it on its way to working with Chrome? Any insite on Chrome and ZoomText would be great.
George I tried to get the update, but it said my software was already up to date.

I've been using Zoomtext for many years and have been grateful for the benefits it has provided me throughout my career. However with the arrival of the improved magnifier in Windows 7 will we see a large chunk of Ai Squared and other providers business being lost? I hope not because their experience and specialism sho...uld outweigh the merits of Microsoft's new installment and the current magnification integration of Apples operating system. Although it may have some impact on Ai Squared it will hopefully inspire the development team to before more innovative in bringing out exciting updates and new products to fill the void.
