Dear Poppy, Sam and Jack,
With tears in my eyes I am sending the deepest sympathies from my heart to your family and to all of Grahams friends and loved ones. After all that Graham endured to receive his transplant and then to go through the recuperative process... I can't believe he is gone now. I am glad you had the chance to say goodbye. I was with a friend in his final moments last year and that was the most precious moment. One that was a privilege and heartbreaking at the same time.
Graham had recently joined the FB group for my cousin Tami who just got her transplant at SCCA 2 days ago. I thought that was so wonderful of him to care about a total stranger. I will keep all of you and Graham in my prayers.
