I just discovered an amazing tea shop in Palos Verdes (Los Angeles, California, USA) area. It is called Tea Habitat.
The owner is a very kind & knowledgeable lady named Imen Shan. She has single bush tea from Phenix Mountain in Guangdong, China. Yes, that is right. SINGLE BUSH tea. Each tea bush is of a different age & ...flavor. All loose leaf. Truly unique.
Los Angeles Times newspaper had a great article about this place. Amazing. Here is the article: http://www.latimes.com/features/food/la- fo-teahabitat19-2009aug19,0,4817599.stor y
