Starting in February, we're also offering one free NYC fitness class a month as a part of our new beYOU.tv FREEbe program.
It's as Easy as 1-2-FREE
1) Mark Your Calendars: The first Thursday of each month, we will meet-up at a different NYC ...fitness studio to try a new type of class, everything from Asthanga to Zumba.
2) Check Our Facebook Page: The week prior, we'll post that month's location, the class and the time.
3) FREEbe: If this is your first visit to the beYOU.tv location of the month, your class is free.
