Boise City is not Ada Co, there are other towns and places Boise FD will not and does not respond to including places in the foot hills, to try and push Ada Co Paramedics out it just stupid. It is not about pt care, its all about money and whay they can do to make a buck.

I don't see anything wrong with what we have today, maybe Boise Fire and Ada County EMS should merge. Just a thought!
Or would that be too expensive?
