cst-italy yesterday I started my new training program. 1 step: 50 trx pulls, 50 commando pulls up, 50 17 kg bulgarian bag squats, 50 16kg kettlebell shoulder presses, 50 parallets pushes < 20 minutes. today I feel strong and my stamina substains me for the 2nd step!!!
