emily bear This past Saturday night, approximately 1,100 guests headed to the Hilton Chicago for the Children's Ball, benefitting Children's Memorial Hospital, which raised $2.1 million. Eight-year-old piano prodigy Emily Bear performed after dinner. When she was done, one guest commented "I've attended this ball for years, and t...hat was the first time I've seen this room grow completely quiet."

The Nobel Awards seeks to annually honor up to a dozen charities and celebrities who actively support them. Morgan Freeman received the first ever Noble Lifetime Achievement Award. Celebrities who will accept awards on behalf of the charities being honored include Laila Ali (Women’s Sports F...oundation), Jessica Biel (Children’s Hospital Los Angeles), Joel Madden (The Art of Elysium) and Brett Ratner (Dosomething.org), and many more.
The ceremony included celebrity presenters and performers such as Benji Madden, Maureen McCormick, Kathryn Olison, Brian McKnight, Timothy Mitchum and ,Emily Bear. Lionel Richie also came out to support his daughter’s boyfriend, Joel Madden. Atl’s very own Monica did the honors of closing out the show with her AMAZING voice.

Julio Iglesias Jr. was born in Madrid, Spain to well-known singer, Julio Iglesias and Isabel Preysler. He moved to Miami, Florida at a very young age, a place he now considers home.
