Nolan Lancaster downloaded it for my mac.. sent it to my applications try to open it and the icon goes up then goes away... any suggestions???

Gloria This might sound ironic, but after yesterday's advice, I bought the software, I have backed up my iPod library to an external hard drive (not my iTunes library) and then... my iPod has cracked it, not as a result of the software, it was just a coincidence. So I am going to have to restore the factory settings on my iPo...d, which of course means erasing everything on it. So, can I then transfer the music from the external hard drive back to my iPod? How do I get it all back? HELP!

Morgan Woods I've been looking for something which does this so downloaded it after reading the SMH article, however when i click to install i get an error message saying i must install the .NET 2.0 framework....anyone getting this or able to advise?

John Will this application backup any applications that I have downloaded? I recently formatted my PC and lost 105 applications. I wasn't happy downloading them all again
