It's a great idea Akshata, and something we've always wanted to do (set up an innocent online shop). We've always found that concentrating on making the best possible smoothies and veg pots has left little time for other stuff though. The problem with being perfectionists is that you either do something properly or not at all, so the online shop has fallen into the not at all camp. Maybe one day though.

Hi Lydia. We made up the fact about Coventry being twinned with space we're afraid. There is an asterix leading to a '*We might have made a couple of these up' on that particular label.

Incidentally, Coventry is twinned with Kingston in Jamacia, Belgrade in Serbia, Dresden in Germany and Coventry in NYC, Connecticut and Rhode Island. 27 cities actually. Just not space. Well at the minute anyway, they seem quite ambitious in their twinning plans so you never know.

Hi Ed. We don't recommend freezing our veg pots as freezing and then defrosting certain types of fresh herbs and veg makes them soggy. After freezing, the veg doesn't look or taste at its best, so these are best eaten within their shelf life. Hope this helps.

Hi Phyu. We're always messing about with new ingredients and recipes so I'll let the recipe girls in our kitchen know your idea. I don't think we've tried anything with avocado before so could be an interesting experiment. What did you mix it with?
