This introduction to the Downtown Streetscapes Experience tour will take you through the core of the financial and entertainment districts, taking in famous and architecturally important buildings and monuments along the way, such as Roy Thompson Hall, Union Station, City Hall and the Art Gallery of Ontario. We'll also take a walk down Queen Street West, Toronto's most vibrant and exciting shopping and cultural artery!

Edinburgh's dramatic skyline is splintered by spires and steeples. These architectural beauties hold stories galore; stories of religious movements, political persuasions, theological arguments, national identity, andpeople, the people of Edinburgh. Come with us on an informative and engaging tour where you will visit all of the following:St Cuthbert's(buried deep at the bottom of Castle Rock)St Giles (the cathedral that oddly enough isn't really a cathedral)Greyfriars Kirk, (the site of Covenanters bloody drama),Tron Kirk, (built by unpopular King Charles I) andCannongate Kirk(which is intricately linked to the Palace of Holyrood itself). You will hear about the Celtic roots of Christianity in Scotland, the tumultuous divides of the reformation, and much in between and beyond. You will view the streets of Edinburgh through the eyes of the defeated Covenanters, be introduced to St Giles, the saint of lepers and cripples, St Columba, the Iona monk (complete with oddly shaped tonsure), the fiery John Knox, and many many others.
