I get massage at least once every two weeks, and it has significantly improved my quality of life. Less pain, less stress, and it feels wonderful. I'm a LMT in NH, and I LOVE talking about how great therapeutic massage is.

Shiatsu, Rolfing, Thai Style - they are all great! I often give but unfortunately I seldom get any ;) But, being a Swede in Sweden I must say that Swedish massage only exists abroad, not here! Too bad :)
