| Company Overview: | Pop culture is part of our heritage. The challenge is to raise the stakes and add to its legacy instead of recycling it. Co-founded by David Benaym and Danny Tidwell (So You Think You Can Dance 2007), movmnt aspires to bridge the gap between pop culture and today’s real talent, and recognize artists over fame junkies. We aim to bring fashion, dance, and pop culture together as a lifestyle. |

Movmnt magazine's summer 2008 issue, featuring the cast of the hot Broadway Tony Award winning musical "In The Heights," on newsstand at Universal News in NYC. Pretty proud to be placed next to Flaunt or Vanity Fair. :-))
The key to the success of In the Height is its authenticity. This is how the choreographer of the show, Andy Blankenbuehler descibe his creative quest. As part of movmnt's cover story with the cast of the Musical that spices up broadway this year, Jayzel Samonte took the time to interview Andy just a few weeks before he won his Tony for best choreography.
In this 7th and final episode, iVAN brings you backstage the grand finale of sytycd. Movmnt is proud to be the first and only one to bring you where no cameras have been before with the performers from all four seasons.
Movmnt points out moments in our recent history that illustrate why the Olympic Games have become one of the largest political platforms in the world.
Polly Jean Harvey is one of the most singular voices of our generation. Her latest effort, White Chalk, finds her once again treading new ground. Bruce Scott reports for movmnt.
