Interesting that you deleted my post. A lot of people have also written that they have had no replies to their emails/posts/calls, it wasn't just me.

My post simply said that you are clearly making a financial killing with your clever company and product, and there is a big demand, BUT - in order to keep we the custom...ers happy you MUST employ a secretary to deal with all the enquiries you are getting. You CANNOT keep ignoring and not getting back to people.

It is simple honest customer feedback, and you should be able to listen to it and take it on board, and NOT delete my comments.

The comment I wrote was in now way offensive, I am just not that sort of person. I was simply commenting as many have on here that it's frustrating not to have good customer service, and your prices are steep so you should treat your customers better and reply more quickly. It took WEEKS for you to get back to me.
I repeat my advice to you which is to employ someone to help you with the volume of emails/calls you are getting.

Hi Mark,

It shouldn't be a problem, though bare in mind the coach drop off is on the other end of the festival site, so it is a bit of a walk to our campsite.

I've been trying to book a myhab for the last few days in vain...there seem to be a problem with my switch card's issue number and start date...when I've actually typed it all allright...???
Have also left a message on your answerphone with my phone number and sent email...but no one has come back to m...e yet... :(

The campsite opens on the Wednesday morning and closes Monday midday. The car park is in a field adjacent to the campsite. You will be able to get your Glastonbury wristband from within the myhab village.
