Regarding Joost, it's a refreshing change to watch a show without more ad content than show material!

Love the podcast, but I'd like to see some more advance techniques. Like building a flash database driven thumbnail sideshow. Maybe a couple tutorials that span more than one podcast. Or how about a cool and unique video player. Or maybe an entire site thats editable through xml. Or even better a back end app that lets my client easily select options that update an xml file. Ya that would be cool!
