When I had my breakdown and they took me to Highland they treated me like a criminal. I had my breakdown over the fact that the law overlooked my ex's numerous contempt of courts and not letting me see my daughter. He had 2 wives before me, and nine children none of which want to see him. And because I couldn't stand not seeing my children and they initiated this witch hunt I had a breakdown. Now they took me in strip searched me, made me spread and look up everthing. such a great healing thing for someone who was already coming apart. I wrote a letter to Mark Warner and he wrote back. WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN/WOMAN to urge him/her to support the PRA.

I wrote to him too and the letter he sent back showed what a poor understanding he has had of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. So far, he has sounded like he is in support of it and doesn't seem to understand the dangers. He even said that the stipulations in it were in line with our current laws.

In Santowsky vs Kramer in the US Supreme court the court ruled even if you WERE a bad parent it does not allow the govt to t superced youyr right to parent. The ruling axctually says "even if the parent were bad"-paraphrasing...look it up. It may help you.
