              • Brandy Perry Boston i like this....for the most part. For one, alcohol can be used in medical emergencies. At my clinic, we use high grade vodka intravenously mixed w/saline to heal an animal that has been poisoned from antifreeze, and chocolate (which i never condone ANYONE giving it to your dog) but its not toxic unless they ingest over 3oz of milk chocolate, or 1oz of dark chocolate :-)

                Stanley was brought into our rescue (Respect-A-Bull Dog Rescue) in January, and has very recently been adopted by his foster family who fell madly in love with him. When he came to us, he had mange, entropia in both eyes, and was grossly un...derweight, not to mention a mere shell of a dog emotionally. He has since had eye surgery, his mange is completely cleared up, and he's put on some much needed weight. Not to mention he has absolutely blossomed emotionally and psychologically! He now lives in Victoria, BC with his new mom and dad, and his 'brother' Taylor, another wonderful Respect-A-Bull alumni pit bull :)
