OK, I made one last try and still a wait from hell. So I'm out for now, but I did figure out the solution: Make a second monitor for reservation pickup only (on another side or just make the machine a bit bigger). That way anyone with a res. can walk right up and get what they need, not having to care at all about the ...40 minute wait next to them. The res. line would move fast, meaning same experience every time.
