PURE MIXER Loyalty Party at Centrium on Feb 19
Around 110 students came together to de-stress in perhaps the happiest, healthiest way possible – a mixed-level flow class led by Patrick followed by delicious vegetarian canapés provided by RED Bar + Restaurant! Yoga students and teachers found a wonderful chance to mi...ngle and share their experiences on and off the mat. A very successful first PURE MIXER of 2010 and Friday evening filled with good food, drink and amicable conversation.

"It’s different when you can teach for two hours. You create a space for people to experience a healing practice. We use the breath to calm our mind and relax into intense postures. I do a lot of core exercises, which includes opening up the second and third chakras. Many of our emotions sit there. All our movements come from that area where our core connection lies. It will change the way you come in and out of postures"...awakening the 2nd & 3rd chakras....awesome!!!!

I love to close my eyes during the practice. I love two hours class - have enough time to breath, to calm the mind and open the body. I love tanya-b clothing, it free my back, my shoulders. Awesome!!!
