Historical Perspectives: A Taste of Tea
Tea is extraordinary! It has a colorful history, world-wide sources, and amazingly varied tastes and traditions. Among the various types of tea, black, oolong, green and white teas constitute a range of tastes as broad as... red, white, and rose wines. Learn about the history of tea from The Tea Guys, and enjoy a sampling of tea blends.
Historical Perspectives is a lecture series held at Wistariahurst Museum on the first Wednesday evening of each month at 6 p.m. The series will invite a wide array of people from the valley who are delighted to share their knowledge of the people, natural resources, and industry of Holyoke and the Connecticut River Valley.
