the Awake Music Project Great day, great session, great adventure. We learned a lot of things today, including how to jump a car battery--twice, that rain is a lot more enjoyable from inside, that a van can be very, very difficult to control in inclement weather, and among other things, that through it all we were able to do what we had to do tonight to get this EP rollin!

the Awake Music Project is hitting the studio TOMORROW NIGHT to kick off the first session of a month-long block of studio time set aside for the recording, mixing, and mastering of the new EP!!! The EP will feature talent from drummer James Brock and guitar work by engineer Robert McClure, among others along with the members of AMP. Robert McClure and John Wynn will be engineering and producing the project. We're very, very excited!

The session went very very well, we're now looking forward to our mastering session at Sadler Underground Studios tomorrow - This Final Breath is almost ready to be released, 2 days to go!!! the Awake Music Project We thought we'd share this version of This Final Breath with you guys, it's an acoustic version Nathan cut at CPCC studios this past Saturday - Spud's guitarist Aaron Hargett was in the studio at that time, and he was kind enough to lay down some very very sweet lead guitar solos. Check it out, Aaron's soloing is well worth watching :-)

the Awake Music Project no, we haven't dropped off the face of the earth! Too much going on to share right now, but we can share this: work continues on This Final Breath, and we hit Abba productions, CPCC studios, and Reflection Sound in a month to record the rest of the EP!
the Awake Music Project Has finished recording almost all of the tracks for This Final Breath, we're wrapping up th e recording process for it, and now we're on to the mixing/mastering stage! Exciting times :-)
