I have practice many styles & lifted weights at times. With no ill effects. Two essential factors: available trainging times & individual preferences & needs

Maybe we can agree that anything goes better if we're reasonably healthy and strong. Pitfall seems to be what we do or don't do to be healthy and strong. One thing for sure, we weren't born with money-back guarantees! And if we break it, we pay for it.
