Sally Peckham I've just started working harder on going green. I'm changing my lightbulbs to the more energy efficient ones. I'm now using reusable bags when I go do any shopping. Got to get containers to do more recycling. Going to do more research on what else I can do to become more green. I would love to win this giveaway, too!

Windy Heckathorne my home recycles everything that we can we also use only energy products in our home my children are really big on inproveing our inviroment they recycle and also go to neighbors and get there recycleables so that they dont just throw them away

Debi Barth Hi all, we made the choice to be completely 'bag' free 2 years ago. But for the first few month we kept forgetting our reusable bags in the car or at home so we just decided that was no excuse, now we just toss it all back into the cart and car if we forget our bags. My daughter and I are now known by the checkers as the 'No Bags' girls.

Jodi Brown I hope Eddie feels better soon! We've been making more of an effort to be green and save energy this week. We've already switched all of the lightbulbs in the house to energy efficient ones. We stopped buying bottled water and switched to a filtered pitcher so we can drink filtered tap water. Eventhough we always recycled our plastic bottles, we figure it's even better not to buy them at all.

hope eco eddie is ok! :)
any who. We've been taking a shift to being more green this week. We have started recycling more and we do a lot of freecycling and also finding junk that will be thrown out and fixing it up so it doesn't go into a landfill and take up space. It's awesome! :)

www.GreenOfficeStore.com Hello everyone! Sorry for the delay, but our friend Eco Eddie had surgery on his arm from lifting too many recycling containers in July. BUT....Let the Games Begin! Start posting for your chance to win FREE GREEN STUFF this week!

Shanna Proctor My family uses natural cleaning products, I make my own laundry detergent so it's safer and more environmentally friendly, I breastfeed (no formula/no bottles etc.. formula cans/bottles aren't eco friendly), we cloth diaper, we buy local produce and use organic/natural foods. We still need to improve but we are working on it!

I have been using more natural and homemade cleaners. White vinegar is excellent cheap and sooo much better for our enviroment. It is awesome as a liquid laundry softener, a rinse aid in your washing machine, makes light work of cleaning your microwave.
I am also working on a program for my church to become more green.... We have dinners and need to recycle the soda cans and water bottles, start giving away old items instead of throwing them away, and recycling all the paper scraps and I would even like to set up a recycling station where people can bring in items from home and have them recycled. We don't have a recycling program in our town so we really need somewhere we can take our glass, plastic, paper, and metal.Read More

My husband and I are starting a biodiesel distribution company. We are using an abandoned site with tanks already built that would have been demolished if not for our business coming along. Our electricity comes from solar panels and the steam needed to heat our fuel is a byproduct of a construction waste-to-energy p...lant next door. We are green as could be and since we are a start up, we could use some office supplies! Please :)Read More
